Dungeon Changes

• Grotto of Lost Souls Hard
Golden Flowers will no longer spawn on top of eachother and will be more split apart.
Reduced the bleed inflicted to players upon failling the lighting chain on Kylos

• Velik's Sanctuary Hard
Fixed issue with the circle AoE in Dakuryon, They are now able to be iframed normaly.
Dakuryon will no longer aggro until attacked.

• Forbidden Arena Hagufna
Hagufna damage has been reduced slightly.

• Phantom's Hideout
Upon community feedback, Phantom's Hideout Vanguard Mission will now be available at item level 450. Dungeon is still considered a 453 Item Level dungeon.
